TS (Pressed Steel)
This is a basic and most widelyusedtapered roller bearings, which includes the two main separable parts:conecombination and the outer ring. They are oftenpairedmounting.
Tapered roller bearings areuniquelydesigned to manage both thrust and radial loads on rotating shafts andinhousings. We manufacture nearly 26,000 tapered roller bearing combinations –insingle, double and four-row tapered roller bearing configurations.Customizedgeometries and engineered surfaces can be applied to these taperedrollerbearings to further enhance performance indemandingapplications.
Tapered roller bearingsconsist offour interdependent components: the cone, or inner ring; the cup, orouter ring;the tapered rollers, or rolling elements; and the cage, or rollerretainer. Thetaper angles allow the bearing to handle a combination of radialand thrustloads. The steeper the cup angle, the greater the ability of thetapered rollerbearing to handle thrust loads.
